What can I expect from a wellness retreat?

Wellness retreats are centered around improving your health and wellbeing through relaxation, connection and education. 

Wellness retreats are spaces where you are able to get away from the stress of daily life to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. Whether you’ve experienced emotional trauma, are stuck in a set of limiting beliefs or want to change your relationship with food, your health or your self-esteem, there is a wellness retreat out there for you.

Why is your Retreat different from others?

Our retreats help you understand that you deserve a life of purpose, peace and fulfillment. Our retreats help you live more harmonious lives.

Our retreats are for women looking to disconnect from their busy lives and connect with themselves and other like-minded women in a safe space. Our retreats focus on holistically healing and awakening the mind, body and spirit through movement, nourishment, connection and self love.

What does a typical day look like at your retreat?

A typical day at our retreat includes: a morning Yoga and meditation practice, a healthy nutritious meal, a self-love photo session, energy healing treatment, a workshop on various topics, dancing, an outdoor adventure, sharing circle, journaling, evening Yoga and meditation practice and rest!

What if I don’t have much or any experience with yoga or meditation? Is this retreat for me?

Absolutely! Our retreats are suitable for everyone and all levels of yoga. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - JUST AN OPEN MIND AND HEART.

We've had many yoga beginners come to the retreats, and many who found a new love (or renewed love) of the practice. One of the reasons we like to keep the number of guests small is to better personalize the classes and yoga attention placed on each person.

Do I have to participate in every activity during the retreat?

Heck yes! We highly recommend and encourage participation from beginning to end because we curate a wholistic program to benefit and impact your overall well-being. We want our guests to go home transformed and that is always the case.

Can I attend alone or do I have to come with a friend?

Absolutely! That is totally up to you, if anything we encourage everyone to come alone as it is the best way to get the most out of the retreat! The deepest work and healing comes from a safe and vulnerable place and space where you can do so, but don’t know anyone.

What is a Self Love Photoshoot and what can I expect?

A Self Love photoshoot is all about YOU! It’s a chance to celebrate yourself and document this stage in your life, no matter where you are on your self love journey. These photoshoots are meant to be fun, empowering and healing. It’s your chance to be playful, creative and most importantly, present! Not only will these sessions uplift your spirits, but they will boost your self confidence.

During the photoshoot, Aleks will guide you the entire time, so you don’t have to think about how to pose. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the moment.

What kind of food do you serve? Are all the meals included?

All of your meals, snacks and drinks are included during your stay! We typically serve vegetarian dishes; however, we also have gluten free, dairy free options. Once you reserve a spot, you can let us know about any allergies or intolerances and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
